Terms of delivery and terms of payment (orders via the Internet)

 

Delivery
Cor Unum Contemporary Ceramics delivers ex-works. The goods are forwarrded at the expense and risk of the purchaser.
Ordered goods are delivered to the address as provided by the purchaser.
Goods are generally shipped through TNT Standard parcelservice.

 

Prices
All prices are listed in Euros including 19% VAT. Not included in the price: import tax, duty, handlingcosts, transportcosts and insurancecosts.

 

Risk and damage
The goods are insured against breakage during transport at a percentage of 2% above the net amount of the goods.
In the event of damage, please send us a picture of the damaged item within 8 days of receipt, after which it will be determined whether the item will be replaced free of charge.

 

Payment
Goods are delivered upon receipt of payment.
Payment can be done as follows:

 

- By bank (ABN AMRO Bank, account number: 51.18.54.285)
- By IDEAL payment.
- By Creditcard (VISA and MASTERCARD)

 

Cor Unum ensures that your personal data will always be handled confidentially, in accordance with the rules of the Registration of Personal Data as laid down by law. Your data will not be provided to others without your prior consent.

 

Dutch law
The laws of the Netherlands apply to all closed purchase- and sales agreements.
